We understand that sending private information over the internet can be an uncertain experience. After all, who's it going to? Who looks at it? And what are they doing with it?

You can be certain that the information you send using our forms will be handled in a professional and confidential way. It will be disclosed only to employees of Monument Pharmacy on a "need-to-know" basis. You should also know that we employ a strict policy of confidentiality for all email and telephone numbers. They are never sold or redistributed to any company outside of Monument Pharmacy. Our forms are structured such that we cannot "capture" your email address from it. That's why we include a field to request the information. All form fields are optional to give you the choice to include the information or not. It's really up to you!
